I have just gained planning consent for a loft conversion in Tennyson Road, Bath. Arthur Ling my client is very pleased as the site is within a conservation area but, by careful design, the application went through without any problems unlike neighbouring properties.

Accessible Disabled Toilet
Within the confines of two neighbouring Anglican churches I prepared the required building plans and faculty plans to allow for the incorporation of accessible toilets. The churches both now benefit from disabled friendly wc facilities.

Eco-friendly barn conversion conversion of two adjoining large stone granary barns and outbuildings into six bedroomed house formerly on Lord Wraxall’s Estate.
The barns have oak roof trusses and use minimalist internal design to produce galleried bedrooms and all within a tight budget. The project includes the conversion of outbuildings into two bedroomed self- contained annexe.
