My client David Jenkins has asked me to design a steel framed canopy within their walled garden to Pixie Cottage, Congresbury.

It appears that we are within the new permitted development rights of North Somerset planning authority and we will therefore not need a full planning application.

I am now seeking quotes for the diamond shaped pyramidial rooflight planned to the flat roof canopy and will be developing the structural steelwork design.
